What’s NOT included (on purpose)
We don’t include physical LLC kits, embossed corporate seals, or fancy binders — because in 2026, you don’t need them. Banks don’t require them. Courts don’t require them. They’re a relic from the 90s that other services use to justify higher prices. We pass the savings to you.
State fees are separate
Your state charges its own filing fee to officially register your LLC. This is paid directly to the state and varies: Texas ($300), Florida ($125), California ($70), New York ($200), Delaware ($110). We collect the exact amount for your state at checkout.
What happens after I order?
